The Haden Grey Referral Partner Program rewards partners for introducing qualified opportunities that turn into active engagements, using a transparent, tiered fixed-fee model based on service type and client environment size. Instead of percentage-based commissions, partners earn set fees that scale with the scope of each engagement, with unit-based tiers across service lines. Managed services generate recurring monthly payouts for the life of the engagement, while project-based work pays a one-time fee after the first invoice is received. All referral fees are issued upon submission of a valid partner invoice referencing the engagement and applicable tier.

Managed Services
Managed services are Haden Grey’s ongoing, recurring engagements where we provide continuous operational support, monitoring, and management. These carry the longest referral fee duration (up to 24 months). Each service is tiered by the relevant unit metric for that service.
Project-Based Services
Project-based services are multi-phase engagements involving strategy, architecture design, implementation, and deployment. Referral fees are paid as a one-time fixed amount upon Haden Grey’s receipt of payment for the first project invoice.

One-time projects cover standalone engagements such as assessments, strategy work, and single-phase implementations. Referral fees are paid as a one-time fixed amount upon Haden Grey’s receipt of payment for the first project invoice.
